monroe.extension.psu.edu/NewslettersRegistrations/newsletters-registrations.htm
We have three very important programs coming up that I would like you to make your families aware of. One is for those with diabetes, and the other with weight management. The weight management program is 12 weeks and costs $145. There are $45 scholarships for those with financial hardship. This class meets Tuesday evenings, starting January 19 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at the Phillips Street Extension Office. The Dining with Diabetes costs $39 per person, or $54 for families from the same household. This program is for adults and household caregivers of those who have Type 2 diabetes. Strong Women is a strength training program for women over 40 to help build muscle and increase mobility. Pre-registration is required for any of the above programs. Please call me with any questions or concerns. Dawn M.
